Every piece is hand-selected and carefully packed by the studio. Here is how delivery and returns work.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like a piece, please email danielle@cotswoldhouseco.com and we will do our best to arrange it.
Shipping cost & timing
- Flat-rate shipping of $8 is added at checkout, regardless of order size.
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- You will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, email danielle@cotswoldhouseco.com with your order details.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.
One-of-a-kind & vintage pieces
Many of our pieces are antique, vintage, or one-of-a-kind. These are sold as described, and small signs of age or character are part of their charm and are noted where relevant. Such items remain returnable under the terms above unless described as final sale.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right. If a parcel appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help trace it.
