These terms govern your use of the Cotswold House Co. website and shop, operated from Greenville, South Carolina, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our pieces

• We describe and photograph each piece as accurately as we can. Colours and textures may vary slightly on screen, and antique or vintage items carry natural signs of age and character.
• Many pieces are one-of-a-kind and subject to availability. We may correct errors and update descriptions or pricing at any time.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, which is shown at checkout.

Orders & payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or, occasionally, decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer available or an error is found — and will refund any payment taken in that case.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
• Risk and ownership of goods pass to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, and the Cotswold House Co. name and marks — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Acceptable use

Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, and any disputes will be subject to its courts.
